      I think it is kinda normal when you're really lonely.

      Also I wish you had posted this question with the poll options. They don't call it Is It Normal for nuthin.

    Are you crying out of happiness because it gives you pleasure to see them happy? That's ok, unless it's all the time, then that would be a bit much.
    If you're crying out of unhappiness from them being happy, then it's jealousy, even if you're saying it isn't.
