I know how it feels to be left for another girl so that's why I feel so horrible about leaving my bf for another guy... I don't know if the guy I have a crush on even likes me more than a friend but it would heighten my chances if he knows I'm single... I was thinking about breaking up with Ian for a while now and then I came across Joseph. That was one more reason to break up with him. So I did. But I feel like a jerk because I just started falling in love with Joseph while we were still together and I feel like a horrible person. :(

    The feeling will pass, just takes time. You made the right decision, if you didnt break up with him you may have ended up resenting him over time. I admire your strength.

    This is absolutely a legitimate reason to break up. It would have been so much worse to string him along while you were thinking of someone else.

    Don't feel bad. If you only had one reason for leaving him that'd be a problem. These things take thought.

    But don't get picky. I had a guy leave me for a chance with another girl. When he couldn't get it he came back. When i said that i didn't want him anymore he got angry with me.

    You shouldn't feel like a horrible person cuz u can't help who u fall I. Love with. On the other hand tho.,I know how it feels to be left for another guy. My ex cheated on me on my b-day but I forgave her and she left me a wk later. This caused me To be depressed for the last two yrs. I'm sure it hurts but u shouldn't feel like ur a bad person
