Is it normal i feel awful when i dont eat grains
I always loved grains. In fact, I get hungry looking at pictures of wheat in the feild. I think pasta salads, sandwhiches, and quinoa are the most delicious things in the world.
Recently I have been in a bad situation where its not convenient for me to have grains most of the time. Usually I go all day without eating grains, and maybe, if I am lucky, I get to eat some spaghetti.
I have been getting headaches and being cranky all day. Its awful. And I think it might be because I dont eat grains often enough, but I am not sure if that can actually be an issue. I know some people feel sick when they dont eat meat, so maybe I have the same issue but with grains? Idk.
So is it normal that I feel awful when I dont eat grains?
