Is it normal i dont hate christmas sweaters?

I love Christmas sweaters and usually enjoy when someone buys me something like this for Christmas. I dont understand why everyone hates them. I also love the color red and will probably wear anything I am given if its red since I LOVE RED. I always thought Christmas sweaters looked cool. Is this normal? Everyone seems to hate them.
