Is it normal i don't think kim kardashian deserves any fame whatsoever

I do not believe that Kim Kardashian deserves to be anywhere within a 100m radius of a spotlight. She became famous for a sex tape with was blatant adultery. She spent millions on a wedding that didn't even last 1/2 a year, which could have gone towards starving children worldwide. Yet she gets so much media coverage and has her own long-running show. Almost NOTHING she does is worthy of fame. Even Justin Bieber had something that deserved to boost him into stardom. Even Rebecca Black deserves more fame. But Kim Kardashian, just because of an adultery sex tape and some affiliation with Paris Hilton?

I'm not going to say that she is a terrible person through and through, but she does NOT deserve any fame whatsoever. Is is normal to think like this?

    Of course it is. She has no talent that is deemed worthy of fame by most people, as far as I'm aware. And yet she's famous, because what she does have is a talent for grabbing the limelight. It's actually interesting. Shame on us for letting people like that thrive so much.

    I'm just as bad. I've got loads of things I could give to starving children and I never do.

    She's pretty and what she does with her money isn't anyone's business. It's a value judgement to say it could have gone to starving kids. At least her expensive wedding helped the US economy. It's not as if she burned the notes.

    I've heard of the Kardashians but honestly am not sure of who they are. Don't they have a tv show or something?
    I am less informed about pop culture than most people and rarely watch tv.

    Fame - The condition of being known or talked about by many people, esp. on account of notable achievements.

    I think that she's damn popular but to say that she's famous it needs to be discussed.
