A lot of men like to do that. I do whatever the woman likes though. Id rather please my partner than please myself. As for you not feeling comfortable with it, some like it and some dont. If you truly dont like it then stand up for yourself and tell him that it makes you uncomfortable. If he cares about you then he'll stop.
It is normal that he would want to do that but not normal that he would do it after you said no.
