Iin: i don't like going to sleep?

I'm in high school and I rarely sleep before 2am. It's just that...I dont want to sleep. Is this normal?? I have anxiety, so it gets hard to fall asleep at times. But even when I'm not anxiosu, I don't really have any motivation to go to sleep.

    Take a Melatonin supplement. You can also try taking Valerian root and or Kava Kava to help with your anxiety. Start winding down around nine or ten at night with a relaxing bath, herbal tea and chill music. Just cause you're still a kid doesn't mean you can't be responsible and take care of yourself. It's called self care, baby!

    Not normal ! Sleeping at night is enjoyable when one works hard throughtout the day. I usually sleep from 10 pm to 4 am.
