Is it normal i do not want to punch in a small fight ?

I've practiced MMA and Muay Thai since I am 7 years old.
But I would not want to kick anyones ass in a real situation unless the situation is very severe.
If it is for a small matter, unless it is for a loved one, I would not want to.
Is it normal that I wouldnt feel like it because I do not like to hurt others because I have empathy for theyre hurt even if they have hurt me ?

Totally normal and more mature than most.

Totally normal, I studied Tae Kwon Do when I was in my late teens, and if anything it gave me the confidence to feel more peaceful.

Of course you're normal! And very mature as mafum said. You have been given a weapon and you'll only use it when you really have to - that's how it should be.

I was trained in mixed martial arts then Kali upon my advance. I can't imagine the grief of severely hurting someone. Sparing, my forearm accidently made contact with another mans nose. He spewed everywhere. I felt terrible. I think I was more shaken up then he was. I get where your coming from. Some lack a killers instinct. Others were born to kill.
