Is it normal i cry after everytime i masturbate and orgasm?

Everytime i masturbate and orgasm I cry, and It's so terrible. I love doing it, and I love what I'm thinking about when I'm doing it, but as soon as I climax, it's like I get a wave of sadness and loneliness and I start to cry, even sob sometimes. And I hate it, and I just want to know if there's something like mentally wrong with me? I started masturbating pretty young and never ever cried. This started this past summer, so since about June. And almost every single time I've done it since then, I've cried. I need help?!!

  • Little strange, little sad, not absolutely abnormal. Many people get the post-masterbation-blues. Though! I've picked up on something equally odd, but not so sad from this site. The folk who get turned on by themselves. The ole "getting off to my own cock" people. I actually envy this mentality, and think it could be morphed in some way to help you! Try to relate "self-love" to actual self love. Think "damn right I'm hot" and do a little classic old fashioned porno pose. Turn it into a confidence booster, a narcissistic (in the best way possible) excercise. Be sexy, love yourself, and have a little vanity.

You don't get yourself off cause someone else isn't there to do it for you, you do it cause you're hot as hell!

That seems like something that would actually work for someone out there, not so sure about me haha. Thanks for the thought though!

Did anyone ever make you feel guilty about masturbating when you were younger? I am an atheist, but I grew up Catholic and was forced to go to Catholic school. When I first started masturbating I felt really guilty about what I was doing because it was drilled in my head that it was wrong to touch your body, have sexual thoughts, fornicate, etc. As i got older I realized that there was nothing wrong with what I was doing and I stopped getting those guilty feelings. It may be in your best interest to talk to someone professional about it.

No, no one knows I do it, I hardly talk to even my friends about it. But I haven't had anyone ever walk in on me doing it or anything like that.
