Is it normal i can't sleep?

I can't sleep.

I usually get to sleep at 2am because ia m not tired, and then when i am at work i am nearly falling asleep at my desk.

My GP told me to masturbate before bed but that doesn't work

i need some serious sleeping tips! Help!

    Depends on your nighttime routine. If you're doing anything involving a lighted screen, stop using it an hour or so before bed. The light actually fools your brain into thinking it's still day so it doesn't produce the hormones that make you sleepy.

    I got this advice awhile ago and all it did was make me discover I have an addiction to the Internet. Hope it helps you more.

      Really interesting. My advice would be to start turning off the electronics (they make you wired in some cases) and sitting down with a good book. Reading makes me tired enough that I could just roll over and be out in a few minutes.
