The day before yesterday my dad asked me to fix the keyboard on his phone and I accidentally opened his text messages, I don't know why I didn't just press back without reading anything but I did, a string of messages between him and his girlfriend

His girlfriend : "I'm busy sharpening my tools"

Dad: "Some heavy duty fucking tonight like how we used to do and you'd say fuck me fuck me"

After reading this I felt sick and can't get it out of my head.

has anyone ever experienced something similar?

    Yes but worse. And anytime my dad pisses me off I want to tell him what I know, but I bite my tongue because it would be devastating to the family.
