Me and my girlfriend are together for an year. While having sex it takes too long for me to finish and sometimes it becomes painful to her.

Once my girlfriend started crying after sex because she thought she is not able to please me but she is fantastic and it was difficult to console her.

is it normal that I can't ejaculate for hours and what should I do for my girlfriend because it leaves her sore, painful leg and hip joints and exhausted.

    sex can take from a few minutes to an hour, but ejaculation (aka orgasm) usually takes a few seconds.

      In my case, sex takes hours before I can ejaculate and finish. I am sorry if I am not clear enough on my post. Issue is that it sometimes becomes painful for my girlfriend.

    I once had this issue. What worked for me is I cut down masturbating to around 5 times per week, and practiced sex more. It gradually got better. Being relaxed help, so maybe have a few drinks first.
