I believe the world is full of people who are actually retarded but never got diagnosed. I call them High Functioning Retards (HFRs) and I believe they exist almost everywhere.

Some famous examples: Kim Kardashian, Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, Kanye West, Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump, Honey Boo Boo and her family (when your family is inbred it tends to occur in more relatives than just one)

Some non famous example: Trolls, social justice warriors, Jesus fanatics, bill collectors, surveyors, hood rats, rednecks, plebs, white knights, people who go to stores just to eat the free samples, people who ask for people's honest opinions then get mad when they get what they want, and plastic surgery fanatics.

I believe these people are actually mentally impaired but are deemed high functioning enough by doctors that they may still walk among us without care takers. Bet some of them are even about to get mad right now. Please have pity for the HFRs, as they don't know any better and hope that someday their condition will be recognized and they will get the help they deserve.

    It's possible to be incredibly stupid without being diagnosably impaired. You just need to lower your standards of intelligence. Many of us go through life in a bubble, thinking that there aren't stupid people. Intelligence is an incredibly wide spectrum, and some of the people you call "retarded" are probably much better and certain things than you are. Hillary Clinton, for example, probably has a higher IQ than you. Learn to recognise the talents of others and the flaws in yourself.

    I have a feeling that you are insecure about something about yourself. Maybe you think you're ugly or maybe you still live with your parents. I don't know what it is-but it bugs you. So you look to others and feel immense joy at calling out real and perceived stupidity. Yes, there are dumb people out there, but the world is not teeming with undiagnosed mentally handicapped people. If you take charge of your life, other people's lifestyles will not irritate you so much. I speak from experience*

    *I was an underemployed, depressed, closet-chubby-chaser who still lived with my parents and wasted about a forth of all my money on energy drinks. People's stupidity pissed me off SO MUCH. Now I have my shit together and I am more accepting of others.
