Is it normal i am getting cold feet about moving in together w/ boyfriend?

Hi,
I have been with my boyfriend for almost 4 years. We're now at a point where we are talking about moving in together. At first I was very excited but now I'm really worried about whether or not I'm ready to do this. The weird part is that I was the one who suggested this. Would love to hear from all of you. Thanks in advance.

Hey, I've been with my boyfriend for 4 years too and we just moved in together last year. He's my best friend and I think moving in together has brought us even closer. I thought at first that we would argue more but its actually quite the opposite. We learned to talk out our problems because no one wants to live with a grump!! :)
Just remember that both of you need your own space from time to time. If he wants to have a boys night to watch the playoffs or whatever, find somewhere to go for the night and give him his space.
You guys will have a blast!

Talk it over, maybe you need a but more time.
Or go for it and just have a back up (parents, friends) if you need a break.

It's a big move, but, it's better to live with someone first before you marry them. That way you see all of their habits, good and bad.

It's normal. It is a whole new level of commitment and accountability. A lot of people fear things like that. Better to find out now if you are truly compatible. No better way to figure this out than by living with someone.
