Is it normal i am devastated that i am not a vegan?
I hate non-vegan food. I think it's disgusting. But I have been diagnosed with a Vitamin D deficiency and I am concerned that it will be dangerous to continue being a vegan. I am very upset but I decided that the responsible thing to do for my health is to stop being a vegan. I am completely devastated, and I will be talking to a therapist about this.
I do think that veganism is great for a lot of people, but for some reason, my body is like "nope"
I don't often see non-vegans complaining about eating animal products. They usually like animal products. I would love to find a support group for non-vegans who are in a similar situation as me.
