Is it normal i always want the person who doesn't feel the same?

I always am attracted to the ones whom aren't interested or at least don't put in effort into getting to know me!! I don't understand why love isn't always mutual? I think god made a big mistake because its so common to fall for a person who doesn't feel the same. I get guys & girls hit me up on dating sites that I'm not interested in. Yes, I do have a preference looks wise and I can't simply make my self attracted to someone I'm not.
Also, on another note, Why do most the Asians & Indians annoy the fuk out of white girls? They are so fuking annoying that I tell them to P.O !! I'm not the only girl who has this problem either. Yes, I'm attractive imo so its got nothing to do with my appearance. The hot chicks I go for are typically tattooed, black hair. Hard looking but soft personality type. Why can't I get one of these ladies to want to get to know me?
