I am not sure what it is about my personality but I end up unintentionally pissing people off. I often have issues with other people. It has happened on more than one occasion and multiple settings. So I concluded it might be something I am doing.
I have this problem too. It's not paranoia for me either. I realize I am annoying and difficult but I don't know I'm doing it except for that people tell me. It really sucks for social settings because while I can get along with people on a casual level, anything other doesn't work well. For example I constantly repeat myself which makes me not sure if I already said something too so when I try to not repeat myself I don't say things I should say if that makes sense. I'm also told I can be incoherent while talking but I always know what I wanted to say but they don't understand. Typing is much easier because I can rearrange what I type but talking is extremely frusterating. I have not been able to hold a job or work with others but I function fine by myself.
Good on you for having the self-awareness to realise it's you that's the problem. Now go ask someone close to you for a frank discussion regarding exactly what it is you're doing wrong, and try to fix it.
That happens to me too, but I treat it like a super power and my circle of friends treat me like a hero for it lol. I call myself "Piss Girl" because I piss on everyone.
Maybe you want everyone to like you. If you're not getting enough attention, it automatically means they don't like you. Sometimes I'm like that; I'll overthink if people ended up liking me and if they're not giving me the response I want, I feel like i pissed them off or something within those lines.
Do you have some sort of neurological disorder that might impair your ability to pick up on subtle social ques?
