Is it normal friends call me by my last name

I don't know when or why it started happening but my close friends began calling me by my last name. So now everyone I am introduced to through them also call me by my last name. Now it's not like I have an embarrassing last name or anything and no one ever has said bad things about it, but it ticks me off when I meet new people and they can never pronounce it right. I end up just sounding rude when trying to correct them. For this reason I try to get my friends to stop doing it and introduce my self using my first name but I still end up being known by my last name.

Should I just roll with it?

    My boy Cruz is really a mark but he goes by his middle name Cruz.n I know a few ppl who go by they're las name, Dobesh (doe-besh) cums to mind off top.so normal.

    Normal and totally fine, as long as you're okay with it. I know a girl with my first name, and I call her by her last name, because it feels funny saying my own name lol

    I hate that, I only knew one person who does that and I never responded much to his dismay. I have a friend who calls a buddy of mine by his last name and I feel it is just plain rude and emotionless.

    Eveyone knows me by my last name. I don't always like it though. I'd rather be called by my first name but idc really. Girls always call me by my first though.

    I call my friends by their last names, a kind of nickname I suppose?

    i make up nicknames for everyone i know but when i introduce someone, out of respect i use their first name. maybe your friends dont have enough respect for you to do that.
