What does it mean when your spouse never kisses you but instead just pecks you on the lips actually just barely touching lips and thats it
It's called getting too comfortable and or complacent. It often happens in not new relationships. Not great but it may just mean the sizzle has fizzled a bit.
I think you are right. I talked with her about this before and she did the kiss thing and affection for about 2 weeks, now its worse than before. Now she won't even hold my hand in public or hug me back when I try to hug her...
After 15 years how can I get out of this rut?

Bottom line is:
Women who are this way, are totally silent, as if to say "Its not me..."
Women who are not this way are totally oblivious and don't have a clue...so its best not to comment because not only do you NOT understand you CAN'T understand.
Best thing for him to do is MOVE ON QUICK! Don't pass go, don't look back, Run don't Walk away. Chances are he won't listen though and will join the Millions or Billions of miserable married men. None of them listened, including me in my first marriage. Stupid mistake.
Sometimes it's an indicator of them moving on from the relationship. I've had the exact same thing happen and within a few months it was over. Of course, it could just mean your breath stinks like a sewer.
Ask the spouse why! If it's always been that way then you knew what you were getting into, if it's a recent thing maybe you have bad breath or spouse thinks h/she does - who knows?
Some people just don't like kissing. I personally think it's unsanitary, to be exchanging mouth germs and such.
