When it's my turn to plan out a date I must give her the options ahead of time. Recently, I found out that she runs these options by her best friend. After 2 years of dating, I'm surprised and baffled by this.
Is it normal for a 30 year old female to be doing this?
If you marry this woman is her friend going to have to approve of things then, too.

Maybe you should ask her why? You'd be surprised what talking to your girlfriend could do. Just use your mouth, the hole beneath your nose.
Talk to her ask her why tell her that you want to clean the key you don't want to run things by her you want her to be surprised and you want to romancer and you don't think that her friends should decide where you guys go and what you guys stills this is your relationship it should be your decision and maybe she'll stop
It's normal to an extent.
Sounds like this friend and her are really close and probably plan a lot of events with each other. As long as she's just running them by her friend to change the plan, but not necessarily ask for permission to go out with you, then it should be fine.
