I grabbed her arms, probably way too hard, and started dragging her off the balcony. I was concerned shed start shoveling anything she could off of it. Right when we crossed the doors threshold I let her go and she immediately started clawing at my face and hitting me. I'm sorry, but this is a side of domestic violence people usually don't see.
