I'm 20 and I've been working in a clothing + shoe retail store for 2 months now, and I handle the shoe department.
About a week ago my female boss who's almost in her 40's decided to check up on me when I was handling a huge order for a special customer for steel cap work saftey boots.

I was taking payment from the customer behind a register and she decided to help me out, she then proceeded to brush past me to get to the other side of the register, but while she did that she decided to grab my junk. When the customer had completed their order and left the store, my boss then brushed past me again to get back to her desk, but made sure to grope my privates much harder this time.

I don't really know what to do about this I'm still in shock. But I know that touching is going too far with me personally, and I'm not interested in pursuing anything with her. And I don't know if I should quit this job since it took me almost a year to get one. She's been tailing me around the store but I just try to find customers to help, to keep her off my trail.

I know I'm gonna get some trolls calling me a pussy but let's be realistic. Most people wouldn't want anyone to fondle them infront of customers during work.

    You can use her infatuation in your favour. You can get her to give you a promotion or a better salary or, seeing as you are there for only two months now and probably not a permanent employee yet, get her to give you a permanent contract. Then you ignore her and do your job

      True that's not such a bad idea.
      But the only thing I would worry about about is when she could uses it against me. Like if I actually have to do her a "personal favor" to get a promotion or perminant contract.

      But never hurts to try to just ask and see what happens. Just wish she wasn't so creepy.

        That's where the magic of recording devices and blackmail comes in. I know this sounds underhanded but in this case she needs to be taught a lesson

          Yeah she doesn't deserve to be boss of anything, she's very unprofessional I don't know how she made it up to the top.

              I'm not hiding anything.
              I thought it's illigal to record someone within an buisness without asking for their consent first.
              I don't want to get into more trouble.

    This one is tough..Former manager at a chain place I used to go to was smoking-hot, amazing body, and, huge, bulging, usually exposed tits, and was a former model. She had it bad for my good friend who bartended there, and, though he thought it was funny at first, ended up saying, hey..I can't work like this, with you always behind the bar with me, cornering me in the stock room, and putting your hands on me when I don't expect it.

    Most men would do backflips naked down the highway for that kind of treatment from her, but, he found it intrusive after the initial fun wore off. She ended up getting fired for performance issues (their restaurant wasn't just last in the district...it was last in the entire state), so he was relieved of that behavior towards him.

    I later found out she went to work for another chain place, non-bar, and did the same with a cook. Maybe some people are prone to that behavior.

      Oh wow, so this isn't unusual then.
      Yeah it is intrusive, I just can't concentrate and it lowers my work performance. And it's even worse when you have no interest in the women. If it was a man I would retaliate back. But I can't with a women or people would critize me at work and see her as the victim.

      Yeah I guess so, equvilemt to a man they would be called out on sexuality assualt. So maybe I can complain to my manger again under those terms. They still haven't gotten back to me, and she's still tailing me around the store trying to secretly touch me.

        Even though the manager, Lani (name change) was amazingly hot, and guys tried to get her left and right, my friend "Dan" dealt with it long enough before telling her, hey, stop this shit, it's throwing me off, and costing me money. He said that to me as well..If he tells the DM, the manager would turn it around and make herself the victim, based on her position and obvious beauty/hotness, which brought male customers to the bar just to see her.

        If you put it to her in terms of not being able to do your job, which affects the business overall, and, in turn, her own job, maybe that will help.

        I helped Lani move once, as I have a truck, and, do admit..Looked at her body, in shorts and a low-cut, wife-beater t-shirt, all damn day, made a few, fun side-comments, and thought to myself..I get that Dan was upset, and, if at work, I would be, too, but..LOOK at her! The body, smile, light green eyes, long, jet-black nails, perfect little ass..Upper management would never side with Dan if he made a complaint about sexual harassment. They'd tell him he was envious and wanted her.

          Yeah that's the huge double standard men have been facing for years. We're not horny and ready to fuck any where and anytime every minute in the day.

          Thanks that's actually a very valid point. I'll use that I'm gonna talk to my supervisor again using that point. You're a life saver.

          Sadly very true, even violence agaisnt us from women isn't taken seriously. I've seen a guy who got punched in the face from a crazy angry customer for what ever reason. They didn't help the poor dude instead they ran over to the customer who is a woman asking her what's wrong and if he touched her, she said no and started complaining about the employee infront of the manager. They then took in her complaint about the employee and the store about how incompetent they were at handling a simple task, and wasting her time and losing something of hers.

            When it comes to customers, most employees are in the right to defend themselves, male or female. Management tries to make nice and cover up, but mostly, the employees are right.

            My friend Dan did say that dealing with (or planning for) Lani became a distraction, and, cost him tips at the bar because he wasn't his usual, fun self. He also admitted, yeah, she's hot as hell and he could nail her in her office if he wanted, but, the distraction was too much and getting intrusive. Felt a bit like prey.

            Having their restaurant be last in the state, leading to Lani's firing, probably saved Dan's job.

              Women that behave like this usually have some serious underlying mental or emotional issue. It's rare that a normal, functioning woman would behave like this at work. Especially being as good looking as you describe this person to be. There was definitely something else going on other than just "casual flirting". There is no reason for a good looking woman like this to be that aggressive when it comes to pursuit. A desperate fat woman maybe, but not a woman like what you describe. Sure, maybe she was just sexually liberated, but I doubt it. It shows you how dumb society is that he wouldn't have been taken seriously if he complained about it. He probably would have been laughed at if he had and been told "Yeah, she wants you, so what's the problem?"

              I guarantee if customers came in just to interact and see her, management knows that, and would never have sided against her for a male bartender that could easily be replaced.

      True I can have a word with him! He rarely pops in but if I catch him I'll sort this out with him.
      I just hope it doesn't make anything worse.

          Well I already told my supervisor about this. And haven't heard anything back yet.

          Damn even in this situation, well all I can do is wait and see what happens. Or quit if it continues.

              Yeah she still won't leave me alone. And my manger hasn't got to back on the issue yet. But I'll give it a bit more time.
