Is it normal for women 30+ to get hairs growing out of chin?

I am a woman in her late 30's and I'm getting more and more hairs I have to tweeze out of my chin. I'd say about 10 hairs. Is this normal?

    Unfortunately, as you age, your hormones mess up. Your oestrogen levels go down.
