Is it normal for wife to be in a sexual relationship with female boss

Recently, my wife told me that the reason she supposedly stayed late at work a couple days a week the past year was that she was having to have sex with her female boss. She said that her boss was going to fire her if she didn't have sex with her and that the reason why she has received four substantial raises in the past year is because her boss promised them to her. She said that her boss promised her continued pay raises and guaranteed to promote her to her boss's position when when retires, if they are together at least 3 weekdays and some weekends. I told my wife that I knew that she needed her job and I know that she's only doing this for us.
