Is it normal for true hindu girls prefer muslim men to hindu men

I have been observing that there is an increasing trend of mixed marraiges amongst Hindus and Muslims, which by itself is a good trend. However it is disturbing to find there are large number of Hindu girls marrying and dating Muslim men, whereas there are only a only a small number of ( almost nil) Muslim girls marrying or dating Hindu guys. This situation is further worsened by accompanyment of any number internet sites claiming that the Hindu girls are consciously prefering or attracted to Muslim men almost as if they are de-selecting Hindu guys.A small private enquiry amongst friends relatives and collegues elicited following response which confused me further:-
1. There is no conscious deselection on part of Hindu gisls of Hindu men
2. However Muslim men are more attractive and handsome.Although as good;looks cannot be sole cause for marrying or dating as some girls put it.
3. Muslim boys especially from North have "Tehzeeb" which attracts the girls.
4. Muslims have started a love Jihad to attract Hindu girls and convert them

Hence i was confused and could not sort out the negative feelings about the whole thing. Although i would be glad with anything that brings the two communities together on equal footing.

Hence i submit the following questions to the forum

1.Do Hindu Girls prefer Muslim guys to Hindu Guys ?
2. What are the reasons for the phenomena of large no. of Hindu Girls marrying and dating Muslim guys with very few almost nil Muslim girls marrying or dating Hindu guys.

    As a white man I can relate. Those muslim paki men love to pose as Hindu or White girls and pretend that muslim men are better while in fact everyone in the world knows that the opposite is true. Muslim men are known to treat women poorly just like their prophet did.

          Some people use 'paki' to refer to all South Asians of Indian appearance. But even when appropriately used to mean Pakistani, it can be an offensive term (like Jap). Just a word of caution.

    Muslim men are seen as being more dangerous and edgy while Hindu men are good at computers. Women universally are attracted to bad boys. It is a truth in life.

    I'm Muslim man. In Islam it's prohibited for Muslim woman to marry non-Muslim. I believe this is the sole reason for the small number of Muslim girls marrying Hindu men.

    I have no experience of this. I live in a place with a very small hindu and muslim population, and for the most part I only hear about arranged marriages which stay within the same religion.

    You might be better off asking this on a website with a large South Asian audience.
