Is it normal for this to happen while i'm swimming?

So, I've been swimming for the past 2-3 days, and it's been about 3 years since I've been to a pool. I've only been in either a lake or ocean. Well, since I recently got back into a pool, some problems have arisen.

First problem I would like to discuss is, when I go under the water, then propel myself down to where my body cruises closely to the floor of the pool, my nose will burn. If it's 3 ft. deep, it doesn't really happen. But if I go to 4 ft. or deeper and go down to the floor, my nose will begin to burn and I have to resurface sometimes because it hurts too much. I blow a little bit of air out of my nose while under water, but that doesn't help much.

The second problem is with my eyes. When I get to about 6 ft. or 7 ft. or deeper, and if I dive deep into the pool at a fast speed, the corners of my eyes will feel like they're being pulled back a little and will burn. Sometimes they will continue to burn even after I resurface.

What could it be, and is this normal?

Many people are sensitive or allergic to chlorine, that is probably what it is.
