Is it normal for this to happen during sex?

I'll make this short. I recently lost my virginity, and well, when it was happening, I was in a lot of pain, which isn't exactly that surprising since it was my first time, but still, the pain was just too much and I had to tell him to stop in the middle of it. Well, he did, but when he pulled out, it was like a bunch of clear fluids gushed out of me, which was odd.

I know that girls can squirt/gush when they orgasm/are in pleasure, but remember, I was in a lot of pain and felt zero pleasure, so I was confused when this happened.

Is this normal? Should I go to a doctor?

That's normal. That's supposed to happen when you're turned on hence the term "being wet"

    • I wasn't in pleasure though, nor was I turned on.
Trust me, I know when I feel good and get aroused.

Maybe it was just discharge then. Your vagina was probably cleaning itself. Some woman get more than others.

Pixi, Darling; You should meet me somewhere discreet, so I can give you a very thorough, oral pelvic exam, and then gently give the best sex you will ever know. All you need is some practice and all your erotic places stimulated. Have at me girls ---- ;>)

Yes it's normal. I had to stop in the middle my first time too as well and probably the gust was built of liquid that was lubricating you. I hope you enjoy sex soon!

For your first time it would've been wise to have him stimulate your vagina first, licking & rubbing it, and poking without going in deep. To get your vagina wet, as your vagina isn't used to a penis entering it, should've had him stay still for a while, so your wall adjusted to the shape of it.

    • Yeah, he really didn't do much to prepare me, except for some fingering, but even that didn't do much. When it came to the sex, he started off thrusting rather fast right away, which would probably explain the pain.

First time sex will always be sore, but thrusting quickly straight away causes extra pain. Slow movement first, then stopping as you'll feel very sore regardless, then your vagina will start to loosen up and the pain will go away. Your next time should be good, and I hope, that it'll make you happy

Totally normal. And the build up of fluid and gushing can happen without orgasm. The fluid is believed to be excreted from glands between the vagina and urethra. The fluid can also expel from the vagina, urethra, or both. And it may or may not happen each time you have sex. Not to worry - many guys (esp sexually experienced ones) will love that you can do this.
