Is it normal for pelvic floor exercises to decrease vaginal sensitivity?

I started doing 50 pelvic floor exercises a day about 3 months ago. When I started doing them, flexing my vaginal muscles would cause my g-spot to feel stimulated and I'd almost feel aroused, and often finish the session by masturbating. However, I've noticed that as I've kept doing them and my muscles have got stronger, my vagina seems less sensitive? Clenching my vaginal muscles no longer makes me feel aroused, and I actually seem to find it harder to have a clitoral orgasm because before tightening my vaginal muscles would make my orgasms come quicker and more intensely, but now it does nothing. I'm definitely not doing them wrongly because I've checked loads online and when I insert a finger I can feel that I'm working the right muscles. I thought pelvic floor exercises were supposed to improve your sex life? Or is this just some myth perpetrated by men who want women to have tighter vaginas? IIN?

How dare thee accuse us men of spreading such lies. On a completely different topic semen is good for the face and giving blowjobs can decrease the chance of developing breast cancer.
