Is it normal for my sisters to be reckless with close people's things ?

Ok so my sis had a boyfriend and their relationship didn't stay long anyways while they were dating my sis took my jansport bag (that i had for years yet still looks new,and they don't make bags like them these days(sturdy) ,they were better back then ) and gave it to her boyfriend(WITHOUT asking me ! ), then i asked about the bag she told me to whom she gave it to and told me it will come back , then they broke up so the annoying boyfriend DIDN'T give the bag back !,and my annoying sister didn't ask me if she could give the bag to her "boyfriend " Is it normal for the boyfriend and my sister to act this way towards my bag?!.

My other sister when she was in school she used to take stuff from the kitchen (and ask my mom ) stuff like a big bowl that was there BEFORE she was born and before i was born like it's very old yet looks new and mom still used to use it , and my sis would take to her friend's house , and she KEPT it there and didn't get it back , other times she will take topper-wares and don't give them back ,yet when one of her friends keep something in the house and i use it she will get so angry ? ,Is it normal that she does this , that she is reckless with my parent's things yet so careful with her friends things ?
