Is it normal for my legs to be shaky and my knee joints hurt when i move them?

When I'm walking, especially up and down the stairs, my knee joints really hurt its kind of painful but I just ignore the pain and run up and down the stairs so it starts to hurt less, also unless my legs are both properly on the ground they won't stop shaking, I can feel them shake and no matter what I do it doesn't stop, I doubt it's because I'm cold because the weather right now is around 30 degrees.

I have this problem too, though the knees aren't so much sore, it's more of a sort of creaking feeling, not very painful, but I'm worried it's a sign of a problem in my knees that could get worse. By legs shake a lot, especially when I'm walking down stairs. Sometimes when I put my foot down and it hits something I'm not expecting, my leg jerks up, or when it touches something when I'm sitting (like someone else) it jerks away. I thought it was an anxiety thing, but I'm not sure, it definitely gets worse when I'm anxious.

It could be restless leg syndrome. Or perhaps arthritis. I have OA in my right arm and it shakes sometimes and hurts. Movement can sometimes make it better.

Echo the sentiments about going to a doctor, I am not any type of medical practitioner/student.
I've recently been recovering from pain in my right knee that occurs from lunging in fencing and from going up and down stairs (worse going downstairs). From a little research online I diagnosed myself with patella tendonitis or jumper's knee. Looked up some rehab exercises and got myself a good knee support. The knee is so much better after 2 months. Stairs are no problem now.

Do not go to a health food store to ask an uneducated store clerk a medical question. You need to ask a real doctor about this pain. The sooner the better.

Go to a health food store. Explain to the clerk what problems you are having. I guarantee you they will likely have some sort of natural vitamin or something that will fix your problem.
