Is it normal for my gf to obsess over my appearance?

I think my gf is obsessed with my appearance. She cleans my nails, likes to dress me (she doesn't approve of my Goodwill wardrobe), and insists on using olive oil on my eyelashes. I have learned way more, I think, about the 'proper' uses of castor oil and of the appropriate moisturizers for one of my complexion than any ordinary heterosexual man should know. IIN?

    That sounds like my first gf. She was always changing everything I did and insinuating that my ways were inferior. As long as your girlfriend is nice in other ways, it shouldn't be a problem. But in my experience, this might be a sign she is manipulative. Especially the not approving of your clothes thing.

    She sounds pushy and controlling. Get rid of her before it's too late, though if you're letting her treat you with such disrespect it may be too late already.

    Wow, she should worry about herself and leave you alone. You're not a Ken doll. If she wants something to control and dress up, she should dig her old one out of the toy chest. I'd be worried that she's not accepting you as you are. Let's hope her love is NOT conditional upon how well groomed you keep yourself.

    That goes a bit beyond wanting u to look good. She's controlling you and changing you to suit her needs and wants. That isn't a relationship. Ur her pet/doll

    I had a sugar mummy treat me like a ken doll , I didn't mind . I don't know about this olive oil on the eye lashes business though .
