Is it normal for my cousin to act this way?

My cousin and I have always been close. He is a year older than me. When we were little we were inseparable. We are more like brother and sister than cousins. When I was little I use to have a crush on him. I got older and realized that it was illegal and got over it.

Then he moved to another neighborhood and we went to different schools. We still were close but we didn't hang out every day.

Once when I was 8 and he was 9 we were swimming in the pool and he randomly asked me with a really weird smile if I would live in the playboy mansion, I didn't know what the playboy mansion was, but I heard the word mansion, and who doesn't want to live in a mansion, so I said yes.

When he turned 16 and I was 15 he would drive to my house so we could hang out. When we would hang out he would act weird. He would what I thought was flirty but I brushed it of as me over thinking it because he's my cousin.

A year passed by and now he would ask me what I liked sexually. He would say do you like it raw? How big? Would you give a guy a bj? One time when we were talking he put his hand on my mid thigh slid it up high and squeezed it. I was frozen in shock and didn't say or do anything because I didn't know what to do. He never did it again. Although, he still is always holding me and touching me in some way. A couple months after that he asked his and my parents if he could marry me and what would happen if we had kids. They said no and laughed it off. We all thought he was joking, but looking back now I'm not so sure. Shortly after that he got a girlfriend. Even though he had a girlfriend he would still be flirty with me. He would ask how I look without a bra. Would my boobs sag a little because they are so big.

We text a lot on snap chat, and he always goes over the top telling me how beautiful I am. Which I find sweet, but a little odd. When we are out together everyone always thinks we are a couple, but that's what people usually think when they see a girl and a guy alone together. Right? he always gets a huge smile and says people think we are a couple. My mom once has even told me that we act like we are a couple. My friends all asked if he was my boyfriend. His girlfriend and mom once heard him tell me how hot I was and questioned why would he say that to his cousin. My grandmother saw how he acts with me and told me he's in love with me. She sad that he just doesn't know any better. But he is a 20 year old man! He also sometimes calls me his girlfriends name when we are hanging out. But that could just be a coincidental name switch. Like my mom always calls me my brothers name.

He has also told me that if he could be in a relationship with me it would be perfect. He has said that I am the perfect girl, and that I am everything he looks for in a girl. The funny thing with that statement is, if I am everything he looks for in a girl, why is he girlfriend the exact opposite of me?

I am 5'4 and although I'm fit, I have huge boobs and a firm bubble butt. I am very athletic, so I am pretty muscular in my arms and legs. I also have an hour glass figure. I am very girly when it comes to fashion and things, I have a high pitched voice, I am friendly, I'm shy when you first meet me, I am laid back, I am preppy, I am always happy, I am full of school spirit, I love to be silly, I am a cheerleader, I come from a rich family, and I am very smart. I'm an honor student who attends a prestigious college.

His girlfriend is a black girl with round dark brown eyes and short dark black curly Afro styled hair. She has big thick round lips and has no Cupid's bow. She is never smiling. She is 6'0 with a slim figure. She has b cup boobs and a small bubble butt. She is extremely thin without any muscles. Her stomach isn't completely flat and she isn't firm. She has never tried sports. She is very plain with her fashion sense. She isn't girly. She has a low pitched voice. She isn't very friendly. She doesn't talk much. She doesn't talk to the family that much, but she is always bossing my cousin around and yelling at him. She is not laid back at all. It's her way or no way. She doesn't have much personality. She only bosses my cousin around. She is kinda grumpy. She doesn't participate in extra curricular activities. She doesn't have any school spirit. She doesn't joke around much. She comes from a poor family. She is a straight D student. She is also very slutty.

I live in America. He is my first cousin, and we are related by blood. He is completely healthy. He has no mental illnesses. He is a very handsome man, and he could have any girl he wants. He is very shy though. He also has low self esteem.

Is this normal? Am I reading too much into this? Have you ever acted this way towards a relative? Has a reletive ever acted this way towards you? Thanks.
