Is it normal for me to play with myself at the pool knowing i'm being watched?

I love to sit by our pool naked in the summer time and play with myself. I know the ladies next door are watching. This only makes me more excited and I love being watched. My wife also sunbathes nude and quite often plays with herself also. We know they are watching and they must enjoy it, they are glued to their windows all the time. is it normal to enjoy giving them a show?

    What you do in your own Garden is your own affair.

    I'm not too sure how well it would be received if you were doing it on the top diving board at the public pool.
