when i feel sad and down me right hand gets this odd feeling, i cant describe it, but its like in me right palm near me knuckles

    It might be something related to your Nervous System like a pinched nerve or Even a poor diet... What is your diet like?

      but its not often i get it, i only get it when i feel sad and down, it don't hurt or owt, it just feels odd
