I heard that those guys who don't cut the nail from their pinkie do it sorely for the purpose of pleasuring a woman when fingering her. Is this true?
No, the reason I've heard was it was fashionable in the 80s for drug use.
In some Latin cultures when a man has long nails it means he has reached a level of affluence where he no longer uses his hands to earn a living.
I believe this is an affectation of and a take off from that.
Asians, especially Asian Indians, sometimes grow one fingernail long and it's usually the pinkie finger. It symbolizes that he feels he has social status and does not have a "lowly" manual labor job.
Some people do it to snort coke, but I think that was back in the 80s-90s.

No, that's disgusting, but the truth is that a long pinky finger nail is for snorting cocaine which of course is also disgusting.
