Is it normal for girls to do what many guys do by way of telling tall stories?

Gleaned from my observations over the years, when us guys get together, friends and new acquaintences and the topic of girls and women come to the fore, I have noticed that the guy that just has to tell everyone about his latest conquest and how gorgeous she was and how often they 'did it'

I believe the truth is, those that really 'do it' usually keep it to themselves and have no need to tell everyone. Those that are not getting any, have to resort to tell everyone how good they are and one just knows he is telling lies.

So then girls, is this the same scenario when a group of you get together?

    I thought the girls bragged about how much of the guy's money they could waste.

    I think most women brag and tell tall tales about how good they are in bed.. "I rocked his world".. "He said I did things to him nobody ever did".. It's a competition thing. Former very good friend and business associate said that stuff all the time, how so and so was numb after what she did to him in bed, how she was so limber and guys couldn't handle it, was a very sexual person.. Until we finally got together and I judged for myself. She was good, but not the great that she bragged about and sold for the 2 years I'd known her. Had a great, hot ass, but average up top, short legs (so her claims of wrapping them around a guy's neck weren't true), and her expressions sometimes made it seem like I was having sex with a teenage girl.

    Afterward, my brain was thinking..That's it? That's what I've been after and waiting for?

    I'm male and I've never known any friends tell me or each other about their sexual exploits. Maybe a few lads in high school used to brag, but I stopped hanging around with those kind of people as soon as I had a choice.
