    For families who are regularly naked in front of one another, they usually don't call attention to the parts of the body that are otherwise usually covered up with clothing. I'm also pretty sure they will put clothes on if they have guests who may not be comfortable with them being naked.

    It depends on the culture. While nudism is rare in modern "western" society, it still happens. In nudist families and/or cultures where being nude is normal, there is a lack of sexualisation of body parts - breasts are just parts of the body, like hands, feet etc.
