Try brushing your teeth. (Electric) It will give the same effect.

It's normal, because you eat something crunchy, your jaws vibrate, making your entire head vibrate, which causes the numbers to wiggle.

Try shaking your lips by making a fart sound, it happens then too. Your head shakes.
