    I think he was just having a bad day and taking it out on you. However that's still fucked up. Just don't let it get to you, if you like your job and the pay is good then focus on that most people hate their bosses anyways. If you think your better off somewhere else, start looking for another career asap.

    Doesn't matter if you are higher up than someone else, everyone needs to be treated with respect at the workplace.

    It is NEVER acceptable for a boss to yell at an employee. Even a stern dressing down should be done in private, NEVER in front of another employee, IMO.
    This guy doesn't seem to have any idea of how to get the most from his employees. A pretty classless guy.
