Is it normal for an ex friend/significant other to create a fake social network (Facebook account) and see what you are up to after the relationship ended while blocking you from their real account?
Making a fake account really isn't normal for either a friend or significant other. That behavior is just bizarre.
He/she has lost some control, so that's why there acting out the way they are
NOPE as long as it's not anything toooo far stop it. Maybe they still got a hook on ya and want to see if you are good. But if it is too much stop it.
I would totally do something like this if someone that I wanted to stalk were to block me ...
I LOVE to stalk, to me it's like reading the newspaper.

How did you find out? Anyway, no, this isn't normal. There are better ways to move on, but this borders on stalking. You should be glad that you two broke up. It sounds like you dodged a bullet. Just be careful in offline life. If you find her stalking you and threatening you, don't hesitate to alert the authorities.
