I'm friends with a guy, who is straight. I've met his girlfriend and we're all close friends, but when we're alone, he flirts with me to the point where I believe I need to bring it up with him. I don't believe he knows I'm gay (I'm not out), so I don't really know how to discuss this topic with him without outing myself.
Some straight guys tease and joke like that. Others don't. Why not ask him?
To answer your question, if he's hitting on you, I would think that he's not entirely straight.
However, I'm more alarmed by the fact that he's doing this while in a relationship with someone else.

Maybe he is just to nice/talkative and it's just coming off as flirting. If he makes move well then that should answer your question.
Just talk with him, you don't have to "out" yourself if you don't want to. Act like you are straight and maybe at some point, bring up the subject, what do you think about straight guys trying oral with each other? I mean if the opportunity presents itself and isn't awkward? You probably would be able to control the direction of the conversation.

The way I look at it, I know I'm straight, I comfortable with my sexuality so I feel I can joke flirt with guys, and even if someone did mistake me for being gay, being gay isn't a bad thing, as long as it wasn't a woman I was interested in I wouldn't care, I've known a lot of straight guys who flirt with other guys
I think as others have pointed out, he is likely joking. Tell him to stop if it bothers you.
