Is it normal for a non-diabetic to have chronic hypoglycemia

I don’t have diabetes but I frequently get diabetic like symptoms. One of the most common is sudden hypoglycemia.

It feels like my head pounds, hands get shaky, my head is confused, and I get real sweaty.

I told my doctor and all he said was I’m not diabetic, but my symptoms haven’t disappeared.

I know someone with a similar problem. His iron levels are low and he is extremely active. It's almost like his body doesn't know how to regulate a few key nutrients. Just focus on your diet and keep good notes. Maybe get a second opinion from a nutritionist.

It’s all about diet dude. You can manage it yourself if you really want to.
