Is it normal for a male to like anal stimulation?

My wife and I have had many years of great sex, but something has recently changed for me. Whenever she runs her finger over my anus (which isn't that often) I get so hard that I feel like I could explode. Or, whenever her mouth or tongue get anywhere close to my anus (which never happens). When either one occurs, I get light-headed. What is happening?
