Is it normal for a guy to stare at me and stuff if he's not interested?

There's a guy that always seems to be staring at me. It doesn't seem creepy though...so I asked him if he wanted to go out with me and he said no. But he still does it, and likes being close to me, "accidentally" touches me, and sometimes forgets what he's talking about if he's talking to me and our eyes lock. Lots of things like that, which usually means a guy is really into me, but he denies it.

    My suggestion is for you to move on and forget about him, He may have male fantices and is just testing himself with you. I suggested you Don't waste your time on someone that is not sure of himself.

    Just confront him about it im a guy myself and from experience alot of guys are actually shy. Just ask him if he likes you again but this time if he still says no just tell him to cut out the stareing and crap if it bothers you

    That's some middle school stuff right there.

    I did something similar and I still regret it could had my chance But I said no thought that she thought I was werid or something.

    Turns out she did like me oh well can't change the past.
