Is it normal for a guy to get this carried away?

So a long time ago this guy messaged me on a dating site telling me he was looking for friends with benefits and that he'd love to go down on me. I was curious but not 100% on it so I left this as a definite maybe. We got together to hang out for a bit, and towards the end he said that he'd really like to give me oral like we talked about before. I wasn't really feeling it so I said I didn't want to and thought that was the end of it. A few minutes later he then asked if he could touch it real quick, which seemed pretty harmless so I let him. Well as soon as the cat was out of the bag, so to speak, he not only touched it, but also put his mouth on it briefly, then whipped his dick out and started grinding against me. All this happened VERY quickly, before I even had time to ask him to stop, and it freaked me out a bit. I'd like to know how common this is and what you guys think of it? Was I being unreasonable for not realizing that "touch it real quick" also meant "do the thing I just said I don't want to do"? Or was I sufficiently clear and he was just acting inappropriately?

    Not normal or common or even approved by most guys that are a decent person.
    For a guy to do that knowing you had reasons to heditate is a world class ASS hole. I am a guy, and when a woman says "NO" or when a guy says "NO" then by God that means NO. No way around it, no way to suger coat it. As a guy I was sexually assaulted in the military, and myself, i would almost rather beat someone down thats trying to take advantage of someone, especially a female. Most guys have the strength over women and the women are most likely not going to win a physical confrontation. You should have kicked him in his ball sack as hard as you could.
    But then also maybe use a bit more discretion next time before letting a guy "touch it" look at it or even to see a picture of it.

      Yeah, I realize now that it was a bad idea to give in to him lol. At the time I was very inexperienced and evidently couldn't read his intentions accurately.

    Sounds like you met a creepy ass pervert who was willing to say whatever it took to get laid. Next time you meet someone like him, don't give em the time of day. He sounds rather predatory, and like a rapist.

    Yes, he did stop when I said to. (And then seemed to get very nervous, so I assume he realized on some level that his behavior was inappropriate.) Yeah, letting him touch it wasn't exactly my smartest move.
