I had on an ongoing flirtation with a movie theater employee and I’d often talk to him after seeing a movie.

After I finished watching 50 Shades of Grey, I approached him to talk and one of the first things I said was “I saw 50 Shades of Grey.”

He got a very obvious erection like right after I said that.

PS: I often told him about movies I saw at the theater.

    I would find it a bit awkward if a guy got an erection just because I told him I watched 50 Shades of Gray.

    Guys can't control getting erections any more than women can control getting wet when they're aroused. There are multiple possible reasons as to why he had an erection, not all of which involve yourself. If you feel uncomfortable around him now then be sure you don't regret choosing to back away or stick around. He just shouldn't get hate for something he had little control over.
