Is it normal for a guy to always wear sweaters and be in their underwear?

I am always wearing sweaters, when it's cold, when it's 100 degrees and humid, all the time. And I wear one when I sleep. I love wearing sweaters. But it's because I'm always cold. And I'm always in my underwear, I mean I wear pants but its not the same, I love being in them, my boyfriend says I have nice legs. I just love this combo. It's awesome.

      No. And to be honest, I like showing off my legs, my boyfriend likes that they're thick.
