Is it normal for a female to be still developing at 24/ 25 years of age ?

Okay so i used to have a somewhat normal body and was somewhat short like average /short , not too short and not tall , i joined the Gym at 24 years of age , then after a year or a couple of months i realized that i became taller ,like a bit taller than average . I used to be shorter or have the same height of the "short" trainer(body instructor) , then after a couple of months /year i became taller than her .I am a female by the way .. is it normal ?

Yes completely normal. Men can continue puberty well into their mid to late twenties. Figures alone would indicate that either side of the bell-curve average- there is significant room for a significant population number to continue developing especially if they started later.

Assuming you've changed your diet that could have something to do with it? Or your posture could have improved. Who knows! I wouldn't be worried about it unless you start uncontrollably growing and become 50ft tall and develop an insatiable urge to knock down buildings. Then you might want to consult your doctor.

Give specifics. How tall were you and how tall are you now?

People have commonly reported a slight height gain when doing things like yoga that elongate your spine through stretching. If you've been doing stretching exercises, that might account for the height shift.

Otherwise, no, a woman still growing in her mid twenties is not usual.
