Is it normal for a dealer to give you the 'stuff' and just walk away?

I asked her for a certain drug (I never met her before, by the way) and after a brief conversation about what I wanted exactly she handed me a small package and just walked away without taking any money. There wasn't any note or anything in there but a lot of what I was asking for. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to sell this stuff or meet her at the same place again... i dunno wtf is going on, basically.

    Basically she was probably as high as kite and forgot to take money from you. Due to her using her own product frequently she has fried her brain.

    The same will probably happen to you eventually, do not fret to much about it. Just go and get high yourself for free!

      Exactly, my roomie went for a local lamp dealer caled 'The Jeesus' and roomie asked for 2g dude was so stoned and taken into CS:GO so much he threw him out without paying....

    How did you even contact her? Did you phone first then meet or.. ? I think she was either too nervous or too high to collect payment. If she knows how to contact you, I would probably expect to hear from her in the near future. I would assume if she expected you to sell it, terms would have been discussed. At minimum, an amount owed.

    A dealer should not be using. For obvious reasons like illegal drugs, cops, and having wits about them. Dealers are in it for the money and/or feeding a habit. Never had that happen. Did she appear high (like eyes wide open)? Best I have had happen is to see a little bag someone dropped and it was full. That was my good free weekend.
