A friend of mine went on a cruise with 2 of her single friends [all females]. She was engaged to be married on 3 months but 2 days after she came back they broke up. Do you think she did something on the cruise?

There's not much information to go on to make such an assumption; couples can break up for many reasons besides cheating. Plus, not everyone who is married or engage have a stable relationship; and if the foundation of a relationship is flimsy enough, it can collapse either before the vows or shortly after.
